<summary>Daily interest rate fluctuations</summary>

Our daily interest rate is not stable at 12%; they will fluctuate based on various situations. First and foremost, the sooner you enter Mangofarm, the greater your returns. Secondly, during the project's operation, we can perform actions such as reinvestment to maintain our daily interest rate stable and growing. If we earn over 12% in a day, we can also provide this as extra returns.

Finally, as long as the contract has a balance, it will be possible to withdraw funds. **If returns for early users become astronomical, just 1 harvest will bring their rewards right down, keeping a sustainable ecosystem, this is explained more below.**

## Punishment compounding

[| Punishment harvesting](/mangofarm.fi-1/for-farmers/or-punishment-harvesting.md)
{% endcontent-ref %}

Punishments accumulate for users who harvest and withdraw. The penalty is calculated as an average of the user's $SOL and $MANGO withdrawals at the current traded price. Harvesting or withdrawing alone incurs a lesser penalty than doing both.

#### How will the rewards be claimed? <a href="#how-will-the-rewards-be-claimed" id="how-will-the-rewards-be-claimed"></a>

Rewards accrue daily in our smart contract, visible on-chain. Withdraw $SOL after a week, but be mindful—doing so affects your TVL ranking, impacting your APR standing.
